Nissan Forklift Corporation Announces Equipment Depot as Service Excellence Award Winner!
Nissan Forklift Corporation was proud to announce the winners of its Service Excellence Awards for the past year. The SEP is designed to reward and recognize those Nissan Forklift dealers who have achieved the highest standards of aftermarket service. A huge round of applause goes out to Equipment Depot of Mechanicsburg for being one of only five dealers to be selected for the Gold Level Service Excellence Award for 2011.
Nissan Forklift’s SEP was established in 1995. Its ongoing mission is to provide a comprehensive program for its dealer service network that is based on implementation of best-in-class principles covering technical and customer service practices. Through SEP, Nissan Forklift recognizes those dealers who cultivate an environment for delivering a truly exceptional customer experience, and ultimately achieve a competitive advantage in the markets they serve.
Nissan Forklift dealerships that participate in the Service Excellence Program meet standards across seven main categories including business planning, employee competence and customer satisfaction. Cat Lift Trucks recently announced the recipients of their 2012 Quest for Excellence Dealer of the Year Awards. The winners of this prestigious award include Equipment Depot of Ohio operations based in Cincinnati, OH.
The Quest for Excellence Award recognizes dealers based on 2011 sales performance, customer relationships and operational knowledge of Cat lift trucks.
The dealerships honored have also exhibited excellence in delivering the highest level of new equipment market share and parts sales as measured in the Quest for Excellence program.

Equipment Depot Awarded Best Tractor Dealer
Equipment Depot Waco has been awarded Best Tractor/Farm Equipment Dealer for it outstanding performance and service in the Waco and Central Texas area. The Waco Tribune Heralds HOT Awards are presented to organizations that go above and beyond in customer satisfaction and overall performance.
Thousands of Hot Award nominations are submitted annually to the Waco Tribune Herald by its readers. Each vote represents a customer whose loyalty was gained through hard work and a dedication to getting the job done.

Equipment Depot’s Ohio and Pennsylvania operations earn Cat Lift Trucks “Quest for Excellence” dealer of the year awards. Cat Lift Trucks recognizes Equipment Depot Pennsylvania, headquartered in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania as a 2011 “Quest for Excellence” Dealer of the Year.
“These Equipment Depot operation have been nationally recognized for their overall excellence in superior sales and service during a less than ideal economy,” said Kent Eudy, Vice President of dealer sales for Cat Lift Trucks. “We congratulate and appreciate the staff and its valuable contribution to the Cat Lift Trucks business and we look forward to continued success in 2011.”
Sales and service excellence, coupled with exceptional operational knowledge of Cat® lift trucks during 2010, positions Equipment Depot’s locations key dealers in the material handling industry. Equipment Depot provides comprehensive sales and service coverage for customers in their trade areas.
Equipment Depot locations awarded included branch locations in Allentown, Bristol, Downingtown, Lancaster and Williamsport, Pennsylvania as well as Cherry Hill, New Jersey. Additional locations awarded were in Lebanon, Ohio, Erlanger and Lexington, Kentucky, as well as Charleston and Parkersburg, West Virginia.
Three Equipment Depot employees were recognized today by Clark Material Handling of Lexington, Kentucky for their individual performance compared to their peers throughout the country during 2010.
“The outstanding results that CLARK has achieved in lift truck and parts sales growth would not be possible without the fine efforts of key individuals working for CLARK dealers throughout the United states,” says Bo Maslanyk, Vice President Sales & Marketing for Clark Material Handling company. “The hard work of these individuals in supporting the CLARK brand and the success of their dealerships contributed to an excellent year for CLARK and our dealers in 2010.”
The winning individuals were chosen by Clark’s regional account teams in conjunction with discussion with dealer management. Three candidates per region were recommended to CLARK senior management. The best of the best were then chosen for each Clark sales region.
