Features & Options: Junheinrich pallet walkies are specifically suited for loading and unloading trailers as well as transporting loads up to 4,500 pounds over short distances. The Jungheinrich EJE 120 electric pallet jack is available with three different battery compartments, the shortest of which, when combined with the compact drive unit, allows the truck to maneuver in extremely confined spaces. Combined with the powerful maintenance-free, 3-phase AC motor, these state-of the-art pallet trucks offer excellent energy management and longer operating times at any material handling solution.
Specifically suited for intensive, high capacity, multi-shift applications, the Junheinrich EJE 225 is ideal for high volume distribution, ramp loading and transport of heavy loads up to 6,000 lbs. Featuring SpeedControl, the latest impulse control electronics, this walkie provides stepless speed control via the drive switch and features roll-back protection on ramps. Crawl speed can be activated via a separate handle switch for safe maneuvering in confined spaces with the handle in the upright position.
Innovative Drive Motors
Jungheinrich’s innovative 3-phase AC drive motor provides powerful acceleration and a maximum speed of 3.7 mph, even under a full load. In addition, the sealed AC drive motor is low-maintenance, with no carbon brushes to replace and a two year motor warranty as standard.
Advanced AC Impulse Contollers
Jungheinrich’s advanced AC impulse controller technology provides stepless speed control via the drive switch and rollback protection on ramps. Travel parameters, including acceleration, speed and motor braking, are easily adjustable. The highly efficient AC controller, combined with industrial batteries up to 255 Ah, ensures excellent energy management and longer operating times at any performance level.
Low Mounted Control Handle
The long, low mounted control handle maximizes the distance between the operator and the truck, ensuring the highest degree of security for the user at all times during normal operation. If space is at a premium, the standard crawl-speed button allows for maneuvering in tight areas with the handle in the vertical position. To activate, simply depress the crawl-speed button and the brake is released automatically, allowing controlled travel at a reduced speed. The low height of the truck allows for greater visibility, especially in confined spaces, and provides shorter operators with optimum visibility of the fork tips.
Redeveloped Handle Head
The completely redeveloped handle head offers operators a unique, state-of-the-art ergonomic design. The raise and lower controls on each side of the handle are combined into a single, contactor-less rocker switch. This ergonom¬ically-arranged design allows the operator to raise and lower the forks with the handle in virtually any position, even when fully vertical at 90 degrees.
