Breakdown Repairs

Our goal is to give you the best service available. We service for all makes and models of forklifts, aerial equipment, sweepers, scrubbers, batteries, chargers and much more. We realize that you expect maximum uptime from your fleet, at the best value for your dollar. Whenever possible we will perform the service at your site to minimize your downtime. Service by a factory trained mechanics means you don’t pay for on-the-job training for your repairs. Each of our road technicians is covered by workers road compensation and full liability insurance to protect you. Our modern fleet of service vehicles are equipped with the tools and most often used parts to help keep repair times to a minimum and to minimize costly trips back and forth to our shop to pick up parts.

Full Maintenance

Get yourself out of the lift truck maintenance business with a Full Maintenance program from Equipment Depot. Coordinating a maintenance program of your own may be next to impossible since your time is required in so many other areas. But as you know, a lack of regular maintenance leads to emergency repairs and costly unscheduled downtime. In addition to keeping your lift trucks in peak operating condition, a Full Maintenance program increases productivity and reduces downtime. Full Maintenance programs are for customers who own their equipment but want to have a more predictable maintenance expenses. Minimize scheduled down time. Maximize up time and lower operating cost.

Total Maintenance & Repair

Few things offer better value than a program of routine maintenance that you can finance at the time you purchase your equipment. That's why we offer programs for most equipment purchased from Equipment Depot to include the cost of maintenance in your sales lease agreement. We maintain more than a 7,000 units in our rental fleet so we know what repairs to expect, what expenses are reasonable and we can buy parts at the best prices. By controlling service and repair costs and maximizing uptime, it's a great way to extend the life of your lifts and to save you money over the long haul. It also helps assure less downtime.

A TM&R program for your equipment can put your mind at rest and allow you to focus on other areas of your business. All regular service and repairs are covered. Equipment stays up and running while you stay on budget. We’ll be happy discuss the details and include a maintenance schedule in your lease contract that meets your complete needs, including, of course, your budget.

Planned Maintenance

Few things offer better value than a program of planned maintenance (PMs). It’s a great way to extend the life of your lifts and to save you money over the long haul. It also helps assure less downtime. That's why we offer planned maintenance contract programs for all equipment purchased from Equipment Depot and equipment you may buy elsewhere. We offer PMs and service for all makes & models of forklifts, aerial equipment, sweepers, scrubbers, batteries, chargers and much more

Our PM techs use the latest in diagnostic equipment and the most current factory-technical information is carried right to your door in our PM service vans. Through a series of checks and diagnostic tests, the PM expert protects the normal operating life of your equipment by locating and correcting minor problems before they become serious ones. Our Planned Maintenance experts provide your trucks with detailed and exacting care that keeps them running at peak performance. That’s maintenance with a "plan" in mind.

Planned maintenance programs offered include a 25-Point Inspection for LPG / Gas Lift Trucks or a 20-Point Inspection for Electric Lift Trucks. Both programs cover engine system, lubrication system, air filtration system, cooling system, steering system, front end system and transmission.

A Planned Maintenance program based on your specific needs is our objective. Our PM experts work on a computer scheduled basis designed to fit the demands of your operation. We’ll be happy to plan a maintenance schedule based on your individual operations that will fit your budget.

24/7 Equipment Repair

If your operation works more than one shift unexpected breakdowns can occur at odd hours. We understand that downtime is lost time.
