Equipment Depot Announces Transfer of Washington State Operations to Bailey Company

January 20, 2026

HOUSTON, TX – Equipment Depot, America’s largest independently operated material handling and rental source, today announced it has completed the transfer of its Washington State division to Bailey Company. Following this transition, Bailey Company becomes the authorized dealer for Cat® lift trucks, Mitsubishi forklift trucks, and Jungheinrich® warehouse products in the Washington market.

The move represents a strategic decision by Equipment Depot to optimize its national footprint while ensuring Washington customers are served by a partner with deep local roots. Bailey Company, a family-operated dealership group with a history of excellence representing Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas (MLA), is well positioned to drive growth in the Seattle-Tacoma area and throughout Washington.

“We are confident that our Washington customers and employees are in excellent hands with Bailey,” said Jake Womack, Chief Operating Officer at Equipment Depot. “Their long-standing partnership with Mitsubishi Logisnext Americas and their dedicated leadership presence in the Seattle area make them the ideal successor. This transition allows Equipment Depot to focus on our core regions while providing the Washington territory with a partner uniquely suited to its specific market needs.”

Equipment Depot continues to serve as a cornerstone of the MLA distribution network, providing material handling, automation, and warehouse solutions across its 25-state territory. For more information about Equipment Depot’s services and locations, visit eqdepot.com.
