HOW TO ENROLL
Equipment Depot customers can take the following steps to gain access to our online payment portal:
1. Find Your Account Number
You can find your account number and token code by referencing your last invoice*.
2. Visit the Portal
You can access the payment portal by clicking here.
3. Click on SIGN UP NOW
from the portal home page and enter the necessary information.

Q: How can I pay invoices from Equipment Depot?
A: Equipment Depot customers can pay invoices by ACH transfer or credit card through our online payment portal, which is managed by BillTrust. Equipment Depot also accepts payments via mail.
Q: When can I start using the online billing portal?
A: After completing our online enrollment process, you can start submitting online payments immediately.
Q: Can I still pay my invoices by mail?
A: Yes. Equipment Depot still accepts payments via mail. Our online payment portal was created to provide a faster, more secure payment experience for our customers.
Q: How can I set up my account and access Equipment Depot’s online payment portal to submit a payment?
A: You should have received an email from the team at BillTrust with instructions on how to set up your account. If you did not receive this email, please go to eqdepot.com/my-account/pay-online/. Follow the links to our payment portal. Click ‘Sign Up’ and use the account number and token code from your last invoice. Tokens will be viewable on any invoices mailed or emailed after January 19, 2026. If you have any issues, please contact us at eqd.ar@eqdepot.com. You can also access the billing portal directly by going to eqdepot.billtrust.com.
Q: Can I schedule a recurring payment?
A: Yes. The BillTrust portal accepts recurring payments.
Q: Can multiple people at my company access the portal?
A: Yes. Multiple people can access the company portal.
Q: What forms of payment are accepted through Equipment Depot’s online payment portal?
A: You can pay by ACH payments or by credit card. Please note that all credit card payments include a 3% surcharge fee.
Q: How long will my invoices be stored online?
A: Invoices are stored in our online portal for up to one year. If you need to access invoices outside of this window, contact eqd.ar@eqdepot.com.
Q: Can I download and print my invoices?
A: Yes.
Q: Where can I find my account number and enrollment token?
