Regional Vice President, Central
T.J. Brinker serves as the Regional Vice President of the Central region. Since 2014, he has held multiple leadership positions including Regional VP of the Ohio region, General Manager of our Louisville, KY location, and General Manager in Evansville, IN. During his tenure at each location, he focused on talent acquisition and development as well as creating a uniquely fun and competitive culture. Everyone who spends time with T.J. knows that he truly embraces our “Make it Fun” core value.
Before joining the material handling and equipment rental industry, T.J. was a sales manager for Coca-Cola. While there, he learned the importance of providing value to the customer and created the foundation for his leadership style.
T.J. holds an MBA from the University of Louisville. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Spalding University and an Associate Degree from St. Clair County Community College, while a member of both schools’ baseball programs.
T.J. prioritizes his faith and family. When he’s not at work, he loves spending time with his wife and daughters. He also enjoys motocross, mountain biking, cycling, snowboarding, and playing hockey.
