Vice President, EQSOLUTIONS
Tim Raque serves as Vice President of EQSOLUTIONS®, leading his team in designing modern warehouse layouts and transformative automation solutions. His primary focus is delivering value to all customers through tailored, data-driven solutions that help them optimize their supply chains, improve operational efficiency, and prepare for future growth.
Tim has been instrumental in the growth of the EQSOLUTIONS division, hiring top talent and expanding the product portfolio since its launch in 2020. EQSOLUTIONS presents customers with a full-service solution, including equipment, racking, automated systems, and advanced technology, that addresses operational challenges today while embedding the ability to scale up or down as their business needs change.
Tim joined Equipment Depot in 2015 and has held a range of sales and leadership positions. Most recently, he served as Director of Automation Sales, leading a team of automation experts and championing the integration of automation solutions into Equipment Depot’s broader portfolio. Prior to Equipment Depot, Tim spent several years in the mortgage banking and foundation repair industries.
Tim received his Bachelor of Arts in Economics from the University of Kentucky. In his free time, he enjoys traveling with his wife and daughters. Tim is passionate about coaching his girls’ sports teams, enjoying the outdoors, and cheering on University of Kentucky athletics. He is also a franchise owner, bourbon collector and investor.
