Equipment Depot Named 2018 MCFA and Promatch Parts Dealer of the Year

Houston, TX – Equipment Depot is proud to receive the 2018 OEM and Promatch® Parts Dealer of the Year award for three of its regions. The Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania Equipment Depot regions were recognized for demonstrating exceptional performance in parts sales and commitment to their partnership with Mitsubishi Caterpillar Forklift America Inc. (MCFA) and Rapidparts, Inc. Each location has been a multi-year recipient of this award.
Adopting MCFA programs and utilizing OEM resources in day-to-day operations, the Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania Equipment Depot regions work hard to make sure customers have the parts necessary to keep their equipment in peak condition, maximizing uptime for their operations. With 35 locations in 13 states and over $12 million in genuine OEM parts, Equipment Depot ensures parts are promptly shipped or delivered via their rolling fleet of service vehicles.
The Parts Dealer of the Year award was created to recognize dealers that are committed to the parts business. Recipients of the award met or exceeded their parts sales forecast, achieved year-over-year parts growth, and increased replacement parts sales per truck. The Kentucky, Ohio and Pennsylvania Equipment Depot regions have each exhibited notable growth and success in their parts business.
