FAST RESPONSE TIMES

SERVICE FOR MIXED FLEETS

Using multiple brands and types of equipment? Whether you’re using forklifts, boom lifts, pallet jacks, scissor lifts and more from different manufacturers, Equipment Depot technicians are trained and certified to work on all of them. So instead of using multiple service providers, you can use one team with the expertise to maintain all the equipment in your facility.

FACTORY WARRANTY PROTECTION

Most manufacturers require documented proof of regular service to keep your warranty coverage intact. Without this documentation, you risk voiding your warranty and losing protection on what was likely a significant capital investment for your business. Our service programs automatically provide the proof you need to maintain your factory warranties. By strictly following your manufacturer’s recommended maintenance schedule and recording detailed service notes after every service visit, we ensure your equipment receives the right maintenance at the right intervals. All of this protects your warranty coverage and safeguards your ability to make claims when needed.

FIRST-TIME FIXES

There’s nothing more frustrating than having a technician tell you that they don’t have the right part and will need to come back again. Our technicians come prepared in a vehicle fully stocked with replacement parts, sourced from our huge inventory of OEM and aftermarket parts. Our service teams don’t just pop in, they’ll call you ahead of time to make sure you and your equipment are ready for us. All of which leads to fewer return trips, less headaches, and more first-time fixes.

SERVICE REQUEST

FAST RESPONSE TIMES. LESS DOWNTIME.

When your equipment fails, one phone call puts our service teams into action, and they will respond to you within four hours. Our technicians undergo extensive ongoing training on all major equipment brands and models, enabling them to look beyond superficial symptoms. Instead of just replacing parts, Equipment Depot technicians are trained to be problem solvers who perform root cause analysis to understand what is actually happening with your equipment.

This approach means we fix it right the first time, reduce repeat repairs, extend the life of your equipment, and lower your total cost of ownership. The result?

  • Less rework
  • More uptime
  • Fewer repairs disrupting your operation
