Vice President, Sales & Marketing
Michael Norelli serves as the Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Equipment Depot, leading the business development, National Accounts and regional sales teams in achieving the company’s ambitious revenue, profitability and market share goals. Since joining the company in January 2023, Michael has worked to build the best commercial organization in the industry with a culture centered on continuous improvement, collaboration, and helping our customers solve problems.
Prior to Equipment Depot, Michael served as the Vice President of Sales and Business Development at Northeast-Western Energy Systems, GE’s largest distributor of gas-engine power generation equipment in North America. Michael previously contributed in multiple sales, marketing, and strategic planning roles at General Electric, growing sales in numerous highly competitive markets. Throughout his career, Michael has developed an extensive background in new market development, sales leadership, customer experience, and strategy implementation.
Michael earned his MBA and a Master’s degree in Engineering Systems from Massachusetts Institute of Technology as well as a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University. He enjoys spending his free time with his family, often coaching his kids’ youth sports teams including soccer, basketball, football and lacrosse.
