Jeremy Rock
Regional Vice President, South
Jeremy Rock serves as the Regional Vice President of the South region, overseeing the growth and operations of Equipment Depot locations in Texas, Mississippi, and Louisiana. Jeremy specializes in designing strong organizational structures, providing processes and fostering a culture where employees are successful and connected to the company’s vision. Throughout his career, Jeremy has developed multiple employees from new hires to company leaders.
Jeremy joined Equipment Depot in 2010 as a parts specialist and quickly moved into leadership positions including regional sales manager, general manager, and director of commercial sales, before assuming his current role as Regional Vice President. Prior to joining Equipment Depot, Jeremy worked as a sales manager of power for Cummins Crosspoint. His priority, as in every position, was to develop employees into strong leaders while creating a healthy work environment. Jeremy’s focus on organizational design, enables him to structure departments and initiatives for the benefit of employees and customers.
Jeremy also served as a Civil Engineer in the U.S. Air Force. During this time he deployed to fight the war on terror, received many awards and commendations, and developed his leadership style and priorities. Jeremy attended the University of Phoenix where he received his Bachelor of Business Administration. He also has a Certificate in Innovative Leadership from Harvard University. In his free time, he enjoys traveling, playing golf, and being outdoors. He also enjoys spending time with his sons, helping them navigate college and adulthood.
