Jade Bader
Regional Vice President, Illinois
Jade Bader serves as the Regional Vice President of the Illinois region, serving customers across northern Illinois and Wisconsin. He joined Equipment Depot in 2019 as General Manager of our Chicago location and has been an integral part of growing market share and revenue in this major industrial area.
Before joining Equipment Depot, Jade worked in manufacturing, customer service, and supply chain design for several Fortune 500 companies. He is a passionate leader who focuses on developing other leaders at every level of an organization while creating an improvement culture and reducing waste. Jade has a proven record of cost reduction and revenue improvement through Lean and Project Management principles that he has perpetuated at Equipment Depot.
Jade is a former Army officer who served multiple tours in Iraq and was awarded the Bronze Star and an Army Commendation for Valor. He earned his master’s degree in Organizational Leadership from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from Western Illinois University. Jade enjoys spending his free time with his daughters and growing his muscle car collection.
