T.J. Brinker
Regional Vice President, Ohio
T.J. Brinker serves as the Regional Vice President of Ohio. Since 2014, he has held multiple leadership positions within our Kentucky region. T.J. was most recently the General Manager of our Louisville, KY location, which was Equipment Depot’s most profitable branch in 2022. Prior to that, he was General Manager in Evansville, IN. During his tenure at both locations, he focused on talent acquisition and development as well as creating a uniquely fun and competitive culture. Everyone that spends time with T.J. knows he truly lives out our “Make it Fun” core value.
Before joining the material handling and equipment rental industry, T.J. was a sales manager for Coca-Cola. While there, he learned the importance of providing value to the customer and created the foundation for his leadership style.
T.J. holds an MBA from the University of Louisville. He also earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Spalding University and an Associate Degree from St. Clair County Community College, while a member of both schools' baseball programs.
T.J. prioritizes his faith and family. When he’s not at work, he loves spending time with his wife and daughters. He also enjoys motocross, mountain biking, cycling, snowboarding, and playing hockey.
